I recently visited the electric bike showroom and overall had a good experience. The range of electric bikes available was quite impressive, with multiple models suited for daily commuting as well as longer rides. The bikes looked modern, and the features like battery range, charging time, and smart displays were well explained. The staff were polite and approachable. They patiently answered my questions about battery life, maintenance, and warranty without rushing. One thing I appreciated was that they didn’t push for an immediate sale and instead focused on helping me understand which bike would suit my needs. However, I feel there’s room for improvement in demonstration. A proper test ride or more detailed comparison between models would make the experience even better. Also, waiting time could be reduced during busy hours. Overall, it’s a good place if you’re considering switching to an electric bike. Helpful staff and a decent selection make it worth visiting.

Had a great experience at the Oben Electric Showroom. The showroom is clean and wellborganized and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly about the electric bikes and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Really impressed with the service and professionalism. Highly recommended..

We just took the bike

Good Experience, walked in, spoke, saw the bike, exchanged old bike, paid, took delivery next day. In 4 days Got the number plate and finished the process. I gotta say this was the most easiest transaction I ever did for purchase of a bike. Yes negotiations were present but I did not had to haggle a lot so got standard discounts and a dash extra where neither me or the salesperson had to sit and haggle for hours but at the end of the transaction we both were happy. Used Flipkart and SBI credit card so got further discounts. Team members like Mayank, Lathif and even the security Guard were of utmost help. Mayank was direct to point when asking for daily usage and recommended the 4.4 KW Oben Electric Ez Sigma. I liked his way of sales no unwanted over sales pitch and no over commitments. He gave me the Real Time estimates of the battery life and though he offered me a test drive sitting on it once, I knew it was perfect for me. I am 5.8~5.9 tall and weigh ~100 KG. I would recommend you visit this centre to purchase the bike and experience customer care at its best. No swarming or forcing. Its your call. They respect your decision and don't force you. From the bikes perspective yes it needs some betterments, the connectivity to your phone even after registration is not enabled (slow process not sure when it will be done) , spares or additional attachments are nil in the showroom so aftermarket is your only way (maybe they should incorporate or offer as add on the windshield and the rear carrier). Pegs for legs are small and thin but are sturdy, panel gaps are wide (some of which could have been put properly). Switching of the modes is not cyclic if you are in eco, then you go to City then to havoc,if you want to switch immediately to eco you can't and u drop to City and then eco during this time if you are down from havoc to City you have to go to eco and only then shift twice for havoc. Its a minor inconvenience but manageable. I don't think there is Regenerative Braking system in this model. That would have been a good sales point for this model. Its a head turner and everyone likes to see a bike instead of a scooter as an EV. Suspensions are not soft but they absorb most of what our moon surface roads offer. Flexibility to manouver in tight spaces is feasible but I don't want to try it as I have seen way more damages occur to my Jupiter and myself in doing so than driving properly. Havoc model on empty roads is a respite but my eyes constantly watch the battery. If you cut off the bike in a signal and then power it back on the bike though shows its ON it wont move. Happens with both key and the cut off ,could be a software issue. A brightness control for the display and cut off switch for the lights could also help. I don't see a particular use of keeping the low beam ON the entire time. Maybe a small DRL would have saved some power. So all in all a Good Bike, excellent sales showroom need to watch out how the service is.
