Called to book a bike , but the sales team is seems not intrested in sales , don’t have much information. Poor knowledge & don’t have enough energy to talk.. I felt like I am talking alone to someone in another planet. Please give proper training to the front reception & sales team.

recently visited the Oben Electric showroom in Kochi and ended up purchasing the new Oben Rorr EZ Sigma, and overall it was a good experience. The showroom staff were friendly, patient, and explained the bike features, pricing, and charging details clearly, which really helped as an EV buyer. The showroom itself is neat and well organized, and the test-ride process was smooth. I’m happy with my purchase so far, and the Rorr EZ Sigma feels solid and fun to ride. Would definitely recommend visiting the Kochi showroom if you’re considering an Oben electric bike.

It's a good bike, but the handlebars are a bit loose, but that doesn't seem like a big problem. The screen could have been a little stronger🙂
